PLKI-ECRL trains over 1,500 professionals

Launched in September 2017, the East Coast Rail Link Industrial Skills Training Programme (PLKI-ECRL) is dedicated to training 5,000 railway 6686体育APP and operation professionals for Malaysia.
The East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project places great emphasis on developing local railway talent, aiming to introduce China's advanced railway 6686体育APP technology and operational maintenance experience to Malaysia.
Launched in September 2017, the East Coast Rail Link Industrial Skills Training Programme (PLKI-ECRL) is dedicated to training 5,000 railway 6686体育APP and operation professionals for Malaysia. By the end of 2024, the program has successfully trained a total of 1,501 individuals across various fields.
In 2024, the ECRL project launched a locomotive assistant driver training program. The first batch of 37 Malaysian trainees is currently undergoing training at the Liuzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College in Guangxi, China.
