From surveyor to team leader, witness the growth journey of this young Ethiopian man with CCCC! At the 6686体育APP site of the Bole International Airport Expansion Project in Ethiopia, local employee Girum is living out his dream.
The son of a 6686体育APP worker, Girum had aspired to become an engineer since childhood. However, after joining CCCC, he initially struggled due to a lack of technical foundations. That all changed with CCCC's Seagull Talent Training Project, which opened up a whole new world for him. From learning surveying principles to operating instruments, from studying Chinese to mastering teamwork, Girum eagerly absorbed knowledge throughout the month-long training and graduated as an outstanding trainee.
Today, he has grown into a team leader in surveying. As he put it: "CCCC gave us wings to fly!" Now, this soaring "seagull" is spreading seeds of hope across the African continent.
